What is the PICHULIK Loyalty Programme?

We would like to reward you for being part of our PICHULIK Family. Earn points every time you make a purchase online. You can then convert those points into amounts off your next online order. Our loyalty program gives you the ability to choose the exact amount of points you would like to convert to go towards your next online purchase. You will also be the first to know about special offers, new collections and launches.

How do I sign up?

Open the Loyalty programme icon on the bottom right corner of your screen, click on "Join Now". Fill in the information required and create your unique password. An email will be sent to the address provided confirming your membership. Follow the prompts in the email and you will become a part of the PICHULIK Loyalty community, it is as easy as that!

What are Seeds?

"Seeds" are essentially points that you earn by purchasing a PICHULIK piece online, celebrating your birthday, following and sharing our page on social media and referring a friend.Every rand spent equals one seed, from there you can use your seeds to generate rewards and earn coupon amounts off your next purchase, every 1000 seeds earns you R100 off. Sign up to our Loyalty programme and start earning!

How do I check the balance of my Seeds?

In order to see how any seeds/ points you have click on the Loyalty programme icon on the bottom right corner of your screen, click Login and enter your email address and password. Click again on the programme icon at the bottom right and the balance of your points will be displayed.
